How we vet talent

The promise that every engineer on your project is senior is only worth something if the vetting is real. This is the process.

The process

  1. Referral or application.

Most engineers in the collective were referred by someone already in it. Applications are read by engineers, not recruiters.

  2. Technical assessment on real problems.

Not puzzles. A problem drawn from a real engagement, worked through with a senior engineer, judged on reasoning, trade-offs, and honesty about what is unknown.

  3. Reference checks on delivered systems.

We talk to people who ran the systems the engineer built. What happened after launch is the question.

  4. Trial engagement.

A defined piece of client work under a lead we trust. The collective decides, and it is not shy about saying no.

The result is a network where every member has been vouched for by people whose own reputation depends on it.

事業を動かすシステムは、同様のシステムを運用してきた人が構築すべきです。
