How we work

How a SKYLOGIQ engagement runs from first call to handover: discovery, architecture, delivery, operation. Engagement models, standards, and the things we refuse to do.

the first conversation

The first conversation

It is with an engineer, not a salesperson. Thirty minutes. We want to know what you are building, where it is failing, who decides, and what the system must never do. If we are not the right fit, we say so and, where we can, point you to people we trust.

the method

The method

  1. Discovery.

Two to four weeks. Stakeholders, systems, constraints, decisions that matter in year three. Ends in an architecture document and a costed plan, both yours to keep whether or not you proceed.

  2. Architecture.

Documented decisions from the first week, with trade-offs and reasoning written down.

  3. Delivery.

Senior engineers, two-week iterations, working software at every one, your product owner in the room.

  4. Launch.

Security review, load testing, runbooks, rollback rehearsed before go-live.

  5. Operation and handover.

We stay as long as you need, and we train your team to not need us.

engagement models

Engagement models

Fixed scope.

Defined deliverables, price, and date.

Dedicated capacity.

A team at a monthly rate, prioritized by you.

Hybrid.

Fixed-scope discovery, then dedicated capacity. Our most common arrangement.

Managed delivery.

Outcomes under SKYLOGIQ's accountability, not hours.

standards

Standards

  • Every engineer on your project is senior. Nobody learns on your budget.
  • Every architecture decision is documented.
  • Every AI component ships with audit logging, cost ceilings, and rollback.
  • Every system is operable by your team after we leave.
  • Direct lines: you know the people building your system and talk to them without an account manager in between.
what we refuse

What we refuse

  • We do not take projects we cannot deliver properly.
  • We are not the lowest bid, and we do not say yes easily. Both are deliberate.
  • When our capacity is committed, we say so and refer you elsewhere.
  • We do not deploy AI into decisions where a named human cannot remain accountable.

आपका व्यवसाय चलाने वाले सिस्टम उन्हीं लोगों को बनाने चाहिए जिन्होंने ऐसे सिस्टम ख़ुद चलाए हैं।
