Engineering culture

SKYLOGIQ's engineers are senior by definition and autonomous by design. There is no layer of account managers between an engineer and the client. There is no bench. There is a collective of people who have shipped together for years, who choose the hard problems, and who are trusted to make decisions because they have earned it.

how we operate

How we operate

  • Ownership. Engineers own their systems end to end: architecture, delivery, and the on-call that follows.
  • Direct lines. Engineers talk to clients directly. Problems are solved at the source.
  • Written decisions. Every significant decision is documented with its reasoning. We argue in writing, then commit.
  • Continuous practice. Rust and AI are practices, not projects: engineers rotate through them, publish internally, and teach.
  • Honesty upward. When something will not work, the engineer says so, to the client, early.
the collective

The collective

Some of the collective are SKYLOGIQ staff; some are collaborators we have shipped with for years. From the client's side the difference is invisible: one contract, one standard, one line of accountability. From the inside, it is a network of people who have chosen each other.

Los sistemas que hacen funcionar su negocio deberían construirlos personas que ya han llevado sistemas como esos.

The moon can't shine on its own.
